Configuring iDialogue Rooms

“Rooms” are private workspaces created within the context of a Salesforce record that grant contacts access to documents, web forms, or payments.

Room builder is a site designer for creating room templates.

Get started - click on the Room Builder tab.

Click on Create New Portal.

Drag a document plugin on to the page layout.

Click the Document plugin.

Select the Content Library, and the Document Name, then Enter Display Name.

Note : Share with Room Members, Export Documentation and Document Actions are also available.
