Assigning Tags to Objects in Tag Builder

Note : It is assumed that the template has been uploaded to Salesforce Files, and Tag Builder is currently open

• Assign Signer 1 as Primary Signer Contact

• Assign Signer 2 as Counter Signer User

Up to 10 Signers may be defined in a document template.

It’s best practice to map the Signer1 to a Salesforce Contact. The last signer (aka Counter Signer) is typically an internal Salesforce User.
