eSignature Portal

Send invitations to document room members from the “Invite” action.

Personalized the invitation subject and body.

Recipients will receive an email with a link to the portal.

Upon clicking the “eSign” action button, users are prompted to enter their signature.

The following actions occur upon successfully signing a document:

  • The document is automatically counter-signed (if configured)
  • Document is emailed as attachment to signer
  • The signed document is attached to the originating Salesforce record.
  • An iDialogue event is created for use in follow-up flows.
