Insert a table into a Word document. First Row: This is the table header.

Second Row: This is the collection iteration template row containing child record tags. For example, a quote with 10 line items will be formatted using this single template.

All other rows: Merge tag cells. Add Total Amount, Taxes, Shipping and Handling, or any other merge tags in the table.

Object Type

All merge tags to be itemized should use the same object in the Object.FieldName convention.

In the document tag mapper, define the Object Type for the template row tags as “Table Row”.

Table Filtering

Click Query link in the Object The scope of actual child records rendered in a table, and their order, are defined in the tag builder by clicking on the “Query” link in the object tab.
