Overview

iDialogue supports the batch generation of documents from Salesforce. Batches may be run manually or scheduled to run automatically on a periodic basis.

Examples of batch document generation include:

● Monthly eStatements

● Invoices

● Donation receipts

● Year-end letters

Batches are managed from the iDialogue Admin app using 2 tabs and 2 custom buttons on batch record details.
