AI Security
iDialogue utilizes various AI web services to create an overall content intelligence service.
iDialogue has audited all AI service providers to ensure data is physically secure, the hosting is SOC2 compliant, and that customer data is not used in AI training.
AWS
The iDialogue API, OCR and text extraction services are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/soc-faqs/
OpenAI / Azure
The GPT capabilities of iDialogue utilize OpenAI; which is hosted on Microsoft-managed Azure infrastructure.
Azure SOC2 compliance information can be found here:

Salesforce
The AI Assistant Lightning Component is an AI client that interfaces with the iDialogue API. The SOC2 compliance information for hosting this client, and model data can be found here:

ChatGPT and Security
It is a common practice for information workers to utilize ChatGPT for their work.
Bringing a ChatGPT-like experience into Salesforce mitigates the risk of any CRM data leaking into ChatGPT, and possibly used for training responses.
The OpenAI policy, as of 2023, does not use data submitted via the iDialogue API to train their models.
